    Just awesome! Why did I wait so long to buy?! Easy to learn smoking and grilling skills on the Egg. The flavor of the food is incredible. I use it regularly while my propane grill collects dust. Large size is perfect for couple or family. Paired it with the Acacia table which is perfect!

    Amazing machine! The large green egg replaced my charcoal grill, my wood offset smoker, and even my gas grill. Maintains temps so easy and food is always amazing. I can cook for family of 4 and guests on the Large!!

    I love the large size BGE and cook on it several times a week. The learning curve is not too steep and once you have gotten down the basics it is easy to use. Meat and fish always come out juicy and flavorful and it has been fun to get acquainted with all the different accessories that are available. Don’t know why I waited so long to join the BGE parade.

    I bought my first EGG 20 years ago and still using it. It’s really amazing grill and my favorite thing to cook is wood fired pizza. My Thanksgiving turkey is still a must for my family each year. Best steak ever had anywhere was cooked in my backyard! Highly recommend.

    Been cooking on my Large Egg for 10 years and I can honestly say it changed my smoking/grilling life. Brisket, pork shoulders, ribs, steaks, tenderloin, chicken, over the top chili, pizza… does it all. I regularly check out Egghead forums for techniques and new recipe ideas. We don’t go out anymore for steaks, ribs, BBQ, etc. because it’s always better in the Egg! One of the best purchases I have made to date.

    My wife gave me a large BGE for Fathers day 2002. It has been the best gift I have ever received! I look foeward to weekend cookouts every week we are home. About to purchase a minimax so when I leave home I can take an EGG with me(I hope my wife reads this). Just like advertised, you can cook anything on an Egg you can cook in oven and much more. If you enjoy drinking a oocktail, outdoors and grilling a BGE is a must purchase.

    I’ve had my large Big Green Egg for over 15 years and it works just as good now as the day I bought it.
    Not uncommon for me to use it two or three times a week. My favorite is baby back ribs and hamburgers. And I love the flexability of being able to cook such a wide variety of items at a wide range of temperatues. Whether it’s a pork butt “low and slow” at 225, steaks seared at 800, or cedar plank salmon with corn-on-the-cob somewhere in between, the food always comes out tasty. The support and service of BGE is also awesome – I’ve received nothing but top notch advice and support over the years.

    Love it! Mine is about 25 years old and I only had to replace 1 fire box (under warranty) and 1 grate which cost around $20. I did buy a stainless grid about 10 years ago and temp gauge. I do not agree with the 7 racks of ribs though. 3 max on mine vertical with a normal turkey rack upside down. Still a perfect smoker and even better at 1000degree searing. Look up t-rex method for perfect steaks every time. No way to fail and perfect every time.
